Medical Legal Consultants is currently preparing a program for Registered Nurses to obtain a Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate.  This training will be adapted from the AALNC guidelines.  Additionally, this training will provide you with some of the MOST overlooked aspects of Legal Nurse Training.  Moreover, this course, unlike most other LNC training, will be adapted and taught by ACTUAL ATTORNEYS!

Nursing Documentation from a Litigation Perspective will give nurses the insight to a malpractice attorney's frame of mind and tools to implement in your practice to protect yourself.

Oh God! I've Been Sued, What Now? will take you from the point of notice of a suit to trial.  The emphasis will be on common pitfalls after notice is received, and most importantly, what to expect and how to prepare yourself.
